Introduction
If someone you care about is living with a vision condition, it can significantly impact you and your relationship with them.
It’s understandable to experience a range of difficult emotions, particularly if it changes your relationship.
Looking after your wellbeing is a powerful way to care for yourself and in turn, your loved one.

Quality Living Groups
Our Quality Living Groups are a perfect space to share what’s on your mind including any challenges and concerns you may have as a carer or parent with others in a similar situation to you.
The groups are practical, judgment-free, safe and confidential. You may even feel a sense of relief to learn that you're not alone.
There’s also a range of groups specifically for people with lived experience too. In fact, we often hear from participants that this program helped changed their perspective of living with a vision condition.
To participate, you only require access to a landline telephone.
