Yulia serves as Chief People Officer.
Yulia is an accomplished senior enterprise executive with more than 20 years' experience shaping enterprise strategy, delivering organisation-wide transformation, strengthening governance and risk maturity and lifting organisational performance culture and capability. Across her career as a Chief People Officer and senior executive, she has partnered closely with boards, chief executives and executive teams across Commonwealth and state government, national regulation, health, not-for-profit and commercial environments.
As Chief People Officer at Vision Australia, Yulia provides enterprise leadership across people and culture, corporate communications, governance, risk, organisational performance, capability and change. Her experience includes leading multidisciplinary corporate portfolios and translating enterprise strategy into stronger performance, sustainable capability and measurable outcomes.
Yulia is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Psychology (Clinical) and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science. She brings deep expertise in corporate governance, strategic and financial management, advising boards and executive teams on enterprise strategy, corporate governance, organisational performance and culture, complex transformation and enterprise risk.
