In celebration of NAIDOC (National Aboriginal and Islander Day Observance Committee) Week, we speak with Suzy Engert, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander - Community Engagement Worker at Vision Australia. Suzy, a proud Aboriginal woman, talks about NAIDOC Week’s importance and how organisations can become more culturally sensitive. Also on the program, Anna Morse, an optometrist who co-ordinated an Aboriginal eye health project in the NT - Anna reports on the project’s significant achievements in just under four years.
