Our National Contact Centre will be closed from 4pm Wednesday December 24, 2025, and reopen 9am Friday, January 2, 2026 AEDT. Limited services will be available on December 24 and January 2 from 9am - 4pm AEDT.

The Vision Store team’s last working day will be Tuesday December 23, with in-store sales ceasing at 12pm.
All Vision Store locations will re-open on Monday, January 5.
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) queue (1300 36 54 92) will be operating for DVA clients from 9am–5pm AEDT excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
The Vision Australia Library (1800 00 59 65, 1300 65 46 56), donations teams (1800 42 20 77, 1800 42 20 07), and Seeing Eye Dogs (1800 03 77 73), will also be available on December 24 and January 2 from 9am-4pm AEDT.
Disability Employment Services (DES) provided by Vision Australia will be closed from 12.30pm local time on Wednesday December 24, 2025 and will recommence from 8.30am on Friday 2 January 2026.
