Notice of Special General Meeting

Vision Australia Limited will host a Special General Meeting on Wednesday, 12th July 2023 at 10.00 am (AEDT). Registration will commence from 9.30 am.

Members may attend this meeting at Vision Australia, 454 Glenferrie Road Kooyong, VIC 3144, or via Zoom.

The purpose of the SGM is to allow members to consider and vote on adopting the proposed new Constitution of Vision Australia Limited.

There is one resolution to vote on. Members will receive the Ballot Paper and Voting Instructions via the post. Please refer to this document for more information and the voting cut off.
