We welcome and value all feedback for Vision Australia. If you have a complaint, compliment or suggestion for improvement for Vision Australia please complete the form on this page. 

You may complete this form yourself online or, if you prefer, talk with a Vision Australia staff member on 1300 847 466 who can complete the form on your behalf.

All clients have the right to lodge a complaint with a third party (such as the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commissioner) rather than directly with Vision Australia.

Once you select 'submit', your complaint or suggestion will be automatically submitted.

Please include as much detail as possible to enable us to better respond to your feedback. For example we would appreciate details of the date, the location, and of any services that you interacted with.
