Getting to the Ashfield office
From Ashfield Train Station
Ashfield Station is a short five minute walk from the Ashfield office.
Turn right from ticket gates to exit train station via Brown Street exit. You can exit via steps down or the lift, both are located on your right as you are walking from the gates. Tactile ground surface indicators lead to the lift only. Continue straight past the lift if taking steps.
If exiting from the bottom of the lift, take a slight right for the nearest audio/vibration controlled road crossing through Brown Street at a T-intersection with Hercules Street. If exiting from the bottom of the steps turn slightly left for the nearest audio/vibration controlled road crossing through Brown Street at a T-intersection with Hercules Street.
Continue ahead to the end of Hercules Street to the audio/vibration controlled road crossing through Liverpool Road and turn left.
Continue along Liverpool road to locate a second recessed shop front, approximately 8 shop fronts from the crossing. This is 224 Liverpool Road Vision Australia office entry with ground level access.

From Parramatta train station
It is a short five minute walk from Parramatta Station.
Please note: During the AM peak (0700-0845) and PM peak (1600-1800), The 'Exit 2' escalators leading up to the bus area on the North side (right side) of Argyle Street, are blocked off to commuters exiting the station concourse for up to 18 months. However, if you have a vision impairment and prefer to use this exit, you are able to use this with the assistance of additional Sydney Trains staff who are onsite during the peak AM and PM peak periods.
From Exit 2, once stepping off the escalators, continue along the north side (right side) of Argyle Street, crossing Church Street and Marsden Street, both crossings are fitted with audio/tactile signal. At the Marsden Street crossing, once having crossed Marsden Street, turn left and cross Argyle Street, turn right after crossing Argyle Street and walk along the building which is on your left. This building is 128 Marsden Street with an entry from Argyle street. Continue along past a café (Lady Latte Café) and follow the building line turning to your left. Shortly past the corner you will come to a large mat indicating an automatic glass door. In a small foyer a lift is located directly opposite the doors. The foyer has 3 lifts and you can access any of them to take you to Level 7.
Alternatively, from Parramatta station concourse take either Exit 1 (Fitzwilliams Street) to the south side (left side) of Argyle Street or Exit 3 (Westfields) to the corner of Argyle street and Church street (on the south side, left side of Argyle Street). Continue along Argyle street, crossing Church Street and Marsden Street. After crossing Marsden street, this is 128 Marsden Street with an entry from Argyle street. Continue along past a café (Lady Latte Café) and follow the building line turning to your left. Shortly past the corner you will come to a large mat indicating an automatic glass door. In a small foyer a lift is located directly opposite the doors. The foyer has 3 lifts and you can access any of them to take you to Level 7.

We recommend parking in the Westfield carpark using the Aird St entrance, and using the escalator closest to Kmart to have the most direct route to the Vision Australia Parramatta office.
